get 4 chicken wings for under $3 from Golden Dragon 894 S.
Kerr Ave. 791-0280. It is behind the big Harris Teeter on
College. Turn off College at the McDonald's onto Wilshire.
It's in the plaza on the corner of Wilshire and Kerr.
