(Dream) The bus is ready! When we all climb in, there's Styrofoam fill all over the place, not to mention all the other clothes and junk strewn everywhere. Well, we're not leaving until this is all cleaned up! So we all file out, and one or two people stay behind to begin cleaning out the bus. This won't do, it'll take forever! There's this extremely vicious person among us, I see, and I'm not quite sure what to do about it. Maybe there's some psychology I can use to get more people in here to clean up this bus! After about two hours we have the person in a cage of some kind, and I tie lines to one of the bars, to maybe keep the entire cage in place. Then I fasten a line onto another part of the cage, and wrap it around a tree. Maybe one more line, there! ... I wonder if they can bite through it! (Fin) |

(Dream) Taking an easy stroll through the campus, I'm pleased to meet a colleague, who shows me one of my poems. "It's iambic pentameter," he exclaims, "not just here, but in a pattern! How did you do it?" I look at the places he has circled in the poem there's even a pattern in the placement of the circles, two in the upper right, two in the lower left and wonder about it myself. However, for openers, I don't even know what iambic pentameter is, and keep my mouth shut. (Fin) |

(Vision) When someone passes me the chrome hand warmer, with polka-dot holes, I bring it around my body, and place it in the center of my chest. (Fin) Instantly Achilles leaps up onto the bed and comes over to me, either to see if I'm still breathing, which he sometimes does when I wake up in the morning and change the pattern of my breath, or maybe because I've activated some sort of inner magnet. I'll try it later, as a controlled experiment. I'll simply sense the center of my chest and see what he does. |
