Several Years Ago: "People are like neurological thickets, and they simply slip from one activation to another ... The part of you that dreams at night understands energy and has abilities." (–David Daniels)

Two Nights Ago: (Dream) When I sneak out onto the flat back yard, I see a short distance up a slight hill, and make a run for it! Immediately I duck behind some hanging foliage, and hoping to avoid detection, quickly push up some dead grasses as sort of a wall of camouflage. The soldier suddenly making his way across the top of the slope doesn't see me! Good! I quickly make my way back inside, and when I look back out, see the soldier I had seen earlier hiding behind my own wall of camouflage! Damn! Then I realize, my entire excursion could easily have been observed from the side, off behind what I had always assumed was a mound of shrubbery. (Fin)

Last Night: (Dream) The boss guy has sent me to pick up some lost suitcases, and I spend some time racing back into the airport, and around to the other terminal (outside the building) and after half a day, bring all that's missing back to home base. When I go to the seed store, I tell the proprietor there's some bare strip of land just at the base of the Panhandle outside the Golden Gate Park, and what I'd really like to do is sow a variety of wild flower seeds there, seeings how the City's doing nothing about it. One of the clerks shows me the ten- and twenty-pound seed packages, though recommends a kind of non-flowering base shrub to do the job, and has me look over the various guides they have, and the pictures. I do understand what he's driving at, though have to go home for now. When I come back to the area, I take everything I learned at that one store to quite another store, and this time, when a certain kind of clerk asks if he can be of assistance, I simply say, "No!" and go about finding a twenty-pound bag of wild flower seeds on my own.
