(Dream) I'm moving. We have to leave our house in St. Louis forever, and when I go upstairs to see what I have left, discover my mom's gigantic engagement ring, of all things. It's a monster diamond, and it's lucky I found it. I slip it in my pocket just as the movers come. When I go around back, I see they're already hard at work, an entire crew. I go back upstairs to where the decrepit old lady lives and realizing she's not home, go into her ... chamber, I guess. On my way around to her bathroom, I discover more than a few dog piles on the floor, and grab some paper towels to clean them up before she gets back. More than a few! This keeps right on happening! There's only so much I can do and go back outside, where the crew has essentially disposed with, or carted off, every last bit of my junk! I don't know how they did it! (Fin)

Half waking up, I realize I have the real diamond ring, that belonged to my mother, in one pocket, and the fake diamond ring, that I found in the back seat of my taxicab, in the other. Then there's Whitney.
